VIP Professional would take advantage of it.  In fact, in some
AE advertisements, they actually sold VIP Professional as
as an option.  The only other program I can think of is some
version of the Merlin assembler.

The release of the Apple IIGS pretty much destroyed the
standard AE was trying to make.
