     Not directly. Like, you can not run 12V to any place in the Apple II's you
mention and expect it to work.

     You _might_ be able to run an Apple //c (not a IIc+) from a car battery.
The //c power block puts out 15VDC; so, a possible problem would be having
enough voltage to get past an internal 12V regulator-- mainly, you might not be
able to run your disk drives.

     The easy 'all purpose' solution is to get an inverter-- a box which
converts 12VDC to 117VAC. Then, you could just plug in your computer like you
would at home.
