Not easily. The IIgs monitor only supports a horizontal scan rate in
the same range as television, i.e. 15 kHz or thereabouts. The Mac
generally expects a monitor which can handle a horizontal scan rate of
at least 30 kHz. In addition, the IIgs monitors doesn't have anywhere
near the vertical resolution that the Mac expects.
There is at least one old NuBus video card made by Apple which would
support the IIgs monitor, but nothing recent. (Even with this card, the
best you can get would probably be 640x400 interlaced, which would look
horrible.)
