HELP! Software for EPROMs burner card

Hi, people!

I need some help.
I have an EPROM burner card for A2 but it come without software. I have
searched on the net but I cannot found controller software. Somebody
would have this software and could send me a copy ? .dsk images will be
great.

The card is APPLE-PROM - EPROM BURNER CARD, from CTA - Computer
Technology Associates.

I have the instructions manual and the card not have a built in
software. (the PR#<slot> command not work...)
