One more possibility for some users - the Ramworks card.  I thought my
4MHz Zip was bad once.  Replaced with a Zip8000, replaced IIe motherboard.
Still had problems, so replaced RamWorks with a RamworksIII.  The old
ramworks still worked fine, just no longer with a Zip chip.  I don't know
what went out of spec.
