That works with a DOS 3.3 disk too. And since ProDOS alone can't use DOS
3.3, it'll seem like it isn't even there. Or maybe, better yet, you could
format it as DOS 3.2 - hardly anything reads that anymore, and you don't
need the extra sectors if you're just going to have a small Applesoft
program on it.

I do this kind of thing when I'm using a hard disk in the Apple IIc mode
of ApplePC. Since the Apple IIc likes to start up from slot 6, I just put
a DOS 3.3 disk image (I named it TURNKEY.DSK) in Slot 6 Drive 1 which
transfers control to slot 7. However, I have to reload the APPLE.IMG saved
state file or else I get "AppleTalk Offline." Does anybody know why?
