While I agree that we should be kind to beginners, these beginners are being
rather rude in some respects.  In the outside world (where, presumably, all
of these people come from), would you ever think of barging into a crowded
room then start talking about whatever?  Of course not.  You would either
find somebody that you are familiar with, and address that person; or you
mingle around contributing to discussions where you may and asking questions
which seem appropriate.

There is nothing mysterious about this, it is just that we are talking to
people through technology rather than through our mouths.
