Hello,

The info on how to become a paying member is hidden pretty well. Log
in using your free Web account, go to your "My Delphi" page and scroll
down a bit. There's a section where it indicates your current account
specs, and there you will also find a link for "upgrading" your
account to "premium".

Keep in mind that Delphi will drop dial-in support beginning next
year, so you still need another ISP and then telnet to Delphi. You can
surf Delphi in text mode only by telnetteing from another system, not
by dial-in.

I'm only doing conference stuff with the text-end, so I'm not that
familiar with the other utilities. The mail and news tools, though,
are neither TIN nor Pine. You might want to use an offline reader
anyway.
