Not really.  I have PC hardware here at home and I don't use Windows
98.  I use Windows 95 to earn my living on this PC but I also have
BeOS and Linux on PC hardware here.

The first thing you will need to learn is that the comp.sys.apple2
newsgroups are about the Apple II line of computers that were produced
mostly before the Mac even existed.  If you want help with your Mac
you will be far better off asking in one of the comp.sys.mac
newsgroups.
