I've had one working OK with a RamFast card recently. There shouldn't
be any problems with any SCSI card or with a Mac.

*Probably* a straight through connection. The connector shields at each
end should be grounded. I have the correct cable so mail me if you need
me to check.

Just the utilities provided with the particular SCSI card you use.

4.) There are 8 dip switches on the back of

The first three switches and the last switch are used in combination to
set the ID; the other switches are redundant. The last switch is
critical -- if it is the wrong way, you won't get an ID at all. Beware
that the CMS disk can be configured as device 0 which will conflict
with many host SCSI cards. Again, I have the docs, so mail me if you're
stuck.
