At one point, Andy Nicholas moved the filename from the "record" structure
into a thread. Older programs should reject the archive because of an
invalid record version, but if he wasn't testing for that, the net result
would be records without filenames.

SHK compressed disks aren't based on the raw track image. I'm confused.
NuLib extracts disk images into a ProDOS-ordered (?) data file, so you
shouldn't expect to see track/sector markers in NuLib output.

The "integrity test" feature of NuLib was worthless, but the "extract"
feature should work fine.
