hey alan... i just bought one from radio shack for $11 and installed it ghetto style. first i clipped the old battery LEAVING the leads from the board and then i wrapped the new leads from the battery around the old leads tightly, and carefully, mind you with a needlenose pliers. everything is going to be alright...
