Aha. I was going to ask this, but Bugman said he'd tried the images on
asimov. (I assumed including the .NIBs.)

That sounds important, even in an emulator.

Don't you mean the .NIB image? An emulator should give vol 254 for
DSK.

You can transfer the DSK images and copy them onto disks formatted
with the required volume numbers. One way is to use COPYA with the
line which formats the disk deleted. (Or you could modify COPYA to ask
for the volume number.)

This has bitten us so many times ... we need to get the .2MG volume
number support into AppleWin so we can start converting as these cases
come up!
