I'm pretty sure it is. Back then SoftDisk was licensing older 8 bit
games from other companies for inclusion on SoftDisk. I can
personally think of The Missing Ring, Space Ark, Nightmare Gallery and
Tubeway as examples just off the top of my head. Each of those games
was commercially available from another company prior to SoftDisk
publishing them on their disks.
