The MCDISK-xxx (can't remember the exact brand or model) SCSI-PCMCIA, in addition to a standard PCMCIA-CF adapter, are sometimes available. Nobody uses them anymore, so it's scarcity sometimes drive up the price.

Just a standard Apple hi-speed SCSI card. I suppose I could wire up a standard cable with multiple IDC-50 connectors and add a DB-25 and IDC-26 on the ends, but I was looking for something off-the-shelf. Maybe MC Price Breakers would make one?
