I haven't tried to use a PowerGlove with anything other than the
Nintendo yet.  I have a book called "Virtual Reality Playhouse" (I
think, I don't see it sitting handy to me at present) that has the
software and wiring diagram to hook the PowerGlove into a PC parallel
port but I haven't tried it yet.

I'm pretty sure I can figure out how or if it is possible to connect
it to the IIgs and write a driver for it but I don't know when I'll
get around to it.

I'll try to find the book and get you some more information if you'd
like.
