ADT only works with .dsk images.  IF you've got a .bxy or .shk, try to
expand with nulib before sending the .dsk image.

or better yet, go get a disk image of spectrum or something and send it to
your Apple then use winterm and spectrum to transfer those .bxy and .shk
files to the apple so you can expand them to wherever they should be
(whether it's a disk or a file, as both .bxy and .shk files can archive
either disks or files).

    When Applewin loads the disk image, it transforms the stream into the
nybble format in memory.  It's smart enough to detect a disk that's wrongly
ordered and fix it while nybblizing the file.
