There was some ambiguity about what kinds of files are where. This has been
cleared up a bit.

     Ground's useful.stuff folder ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/2/apple2/useful.stuff/
includes the current 8-bit ShrinkIt (v3.4) as a binscii (.bsc) file. If a user has a
utility to un-binscii files, this is probably the easiest way to get 8-bit ShrinkIt.

Otherwise, you can get the .shk version from Apple Cabi.net or Tarnover and
follow the directions as outlined in Q&A #003.

8-bit ShrinkIt is not in self-extracting (.sea) form because this would work
only on a IIgs and only if the user has a way to set filetype of the .sea file to $B3
(S16). However, there is nothing to prevent a site admin from offering an .sea
version.
