Re: IIgs Video
Augh! I saw a VOC in a bunch of Apple II stuff at a thrift store maybe 2
years ago, but having not known as much as I do now, passed on it because
I didn't feel like paying $150 for all of it (it was one of those 'bundle'
attempts that thrift stores do sometimes) Then again, I saw a IIgs with
RGB monitor and ImageWriter II, all still in boxes, but passed on it
because I didn't want to spend $50 on it all. (I really slap myself for
this one) Damn, I wish I could go back and change stuff. (Well, in this
case, it was also that we were moving at the time and my parents were
already bitching that I had 'so much computer stuff' that we had to move.)
Hmph. Of course, sometimes you will see a VOC on eBay for ridiculously
inflated prices as well. I can't help but wonder if people come here and
ask
"i just got one of these, what is it?...Oh, is it special?..._How_
Special?...Really? How much is it worth?..."
and then go sell it on eBay with a fully fleshed out description courtesy
of everyone here, and a nice big reserve.
