My nephew, who has no access yet to the internet, asked me to relay the

Who has the tool as quoted in the subject? My boot program has been
accidentially overwritten and I haven't got the driver software any
more. I want to reformat the whole disk under ProDos (I've got ProDos
1.0.1 Users Disk). Thank you for any help in advance.
