Yeah, I know... that would be ultimate. But wouldn't it come with
system 6.0.1 installed which ideally also requires at least 4megs RAM?
Guess I could load system 5.0.4 onto the hard drive and use that to
boot, huh? See... my personal Apple IIGS project is proceeding by
bargain-basement aquisitions. So far I got the System itself for
CDN$10, a 5.25" floppy drive and 6 blank 5.25" floppies for CDN$5 and
I haven't yet received my system 5.0.4 disks [3.5"] I ordered by mail
order. My intention is to wait it out and add to the system bit by bit
as I come across parts for cheap at Thrift Stores and Flea Markets. I
run a Pentium-MMX-Class PC also and goodness knows it has to remain
the subject of costly upgrades!!!
