I think you will have very little luck locating any 65802 processor.
All the remaining stocks were bought up by one company and it has been
discontinued for several years.
The only ones that are likely to be floating around are ones that were
bought by individuals through Roger Wagner Publishing, to allow the use
of Merlin-16 on a IIe or IIc.
A possible problem is that the accelerator circuitry in the IIc+ might
not work with anything other than a 65C02. The 65802 has some minor
differences that might be significant.
