	The reply I got was more to the point but it was a blow off at the same
time. It was basically one of "Your suggestions are good. We are always
looking for ways to increase sales. We will investigate your suggestions
and see if we can apply them". A nice response but rather vague.

	Worst case nothing is done. Best case she rattles a few cages and gets
some people thinking. I took the attitude that my suggestions were there
to make them money and repair their reputation. A calm approach and
polite language may actually help get unlikely events done faster than
anger and cursing. If it gets them to start reading comp.sys.apple2
again then this is a major accomplishment in itself.

	The time may not be right to force the Apple// issue with them. Another
couple percentage drop in market share and they may be willing to talk.
