Well, Mike, I made the stupid (?) mistake of replying to their reply instead of
going back to the complaint board to follow up. Three days later, it came back
to me as bounceback - could not enter the gateway, or something. 

My attempts to contact Apple have another purpose. Since we occasionally take
some matters into our own hands (for example, releasing Y2K updated-files of
Apple-owned products), I'd like to be able to show that I did make every
attempt to contact them for guidance. I have contacted them in US Mail, e-mail,
bulletin board, and any other way that is available.
