	Gee, you'd think they didn't want feedback from their customers. What a
shock. :-O This is one of the reasons Apple is in the position they are
in. They seem to display a bad attitude toward people with older
machines. I don't know if this is official policy or not. We can be
generous and assume it is because they don't know what is happening.
It's little things like bounced mail and a smug attitude which many of
my friends find annoying.

	Naturally no reply. As I said, they have a bad attitude. I contacted
them via snail mail to see if one of their exec would care to do a short
written interview/article for our user group. Three months later I got a
polite "blow off" letter from a secretary. Since I was polite in the
first place I can assume this is why I got any reply at all. You may
want to try a registered letter. This way they have to sign for it or
refuse it. This way you have an additional bit of documentation to show
what you did.
