FYI: Glen Bredon never made a ROM for the Xebec/FCP drives. The ROM was
produced by Advanced Tech Services (Georgia). [Unfortunately, they
are out of business due to the death of the owner about 8 years ago. I
know this because I knew the owner and worked for ATS.]

I agree that you probably did do damage to the controller card. I would
back track the SCSI Termination pin thru the controller card to see if
that is what got fried.
D >Also will the Ram Fast Scsi Cards control the sider D2 without

I know that a RamFast would work with the "newer" Sider drives (the true
SCSI ones), but I think I heard that it would also work the older SASI
drives [someone else should back this up before taking my word though].
D >Is Omnishore electronics still in business?.... They took over the
D >Sider business in the early 90's.
I don't know, but here is their address from a manual that I still have:
Omnishore Electronics Mfg Corp.
1700Forrest Way
Carson City, NV 89706
Phn: 702-687-2800
Fax: 702-687-2836
Note: If Onmishore is still in business, they will not know much about
the ATS replacement ROM since Xebec/FCP didn't create it.
P.S. I have a few Sider controller cards laying around. If you let me
know which rev you have, I'll see if I have a matching one. If so, we
can probalby "make a deal". [In additional to the Rev, try to describe
how the card is laid out so that I can try to match the layout in
addition to the rev (if I don't have the same rev).
