Nulib is an .shk extractor for DOS and UNIX.

But it WILL NOT FUNCTION FOR IIGS PROGRAMS.  I
REPEAT, DO NOT USE IT FOR YOUR IIGS PROGRAMS.

The reason it can't do this correctly is because it can't handle
extended files properly.  Besides, an extracted file will not
have a file type/aux type under DOS or UNIX.

Nulib is more for extracting text files and maybe music
files and graphics files.
