Re: Apple //c w/DuoDisk ?'s

I'm shooting from the hip here --- but wouldn't it be interesting to
unplug the INTERNAL 5.25 drive from its IDE-20 connector, and to connect
an IDE-20 adapted Duodisk into that drive slot? Would both drives of the
DuoDisk then become recognized?

I use a DuoDisk with my flagship Rom 3 IIgs, and it works perfectly.

My very first Apple II drive was a Duodisk, but it was flaky. Still, when
you get a good one, it cannot be beat! I even installed twin
BUGG-SWITCHES in it, so I don't need to notch the disks. (BUGG-SWITCH
has 3 positions:  normal::always protect::always write).
