If we want to have official CSA2 FAQs I believe we should all "pitch in" to make
a new, even better FAQ file. We could look at the old one as reference but I
think we should start anew.

Regardless, I think we should write the FAQs ourselves, not quote from past
postings or include personal opinions, but make it clear and informative.
I, for one, volunteer to organize and rewrite the FAQs if so needed.
