I think the FAQ should definitively have a standard ASCII text form to be
usable to people who don't have / just acquired an A2.  Other formats are
fine too, so long as a straight ASCII version is available.

So, how to begin?  Gabriel has volunteered time, *grin*, perhaps we should post
a list of tentative questions?
