I don't think PDF is a good idea because no A2 can use it.

TEXT and RTF the A2 can use, so those would be good.  HTML is
good too, as is HyperCard or HyperStudio (I think there were
various hypertext versions of the FAQ before).

I still think it is not too bad an idea to quote from past postings,
providing the author does not object.  It has been done in other
FAQs, such as the official SCSI one...
