No, I'm not sure about it and as I've now been told by several people,
I'm now sure that I'm wrong.  :)

Thinking back on it, it does make more sense that the R/W head would
be in a fixed position rather than on the latch that moves around.
Less chance of something breaking.

Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.  Next time I'll just pop
open a Disk ][ and find out for sure before I post.  :)
