If you have the first kind of //c, you can hit Ctrl-Reset, get the
BASIC prompt, and enter PR#7 to boot the external drive. If you have
any other //c, booting the external drive is more complicated.
Setting the external drive to be the default is not easily possible,
and many disks don't like booting from there.
