Actually, mike, I have been on the other side of the fence. And I know exactly 
what you are talking about. So, stop pretending that you are the only one with 
a clue round here.

But let's get something straight. Nathan has been verbally abusive, 
inflammatory, slanderous, and downright annoying in the past. In it's strictest 
sense, nathan has not committed any crime. But neither have most of us, yet he 
has continually submitted harassing claims to certain ISP's regarding our 
"so-called" illegal activities. 

Most major ISP's will just cancel an account if they get a whiff of trouble. 
Unfortunately, nathan knows this. And whether or not it is wrong, nathan get's 
away with it left and right. 

You indirectly condone his actions. And that is a shame. You have to agree that 
nathan crosses the line too often. Yet, you have taken no action against him. 

His actions may be legal, but they are certainly inappropriate, and by taking 
no action against him, you rank right up there with the "juno.com" admins who 
take no action against spam mailers.

Just my 2 cents.
