     Thanks for the information. Possibly, your observations are a tad
pessimistic. In any case, it is good for a customer to have a close
working relationship with his/her ISP. It helps avoid misunderstandings.

     If visi.com and NM can work things out so that visi.com does not
become a slander/libel/etc. piggybank, then, that would be nice.

     As for ignoring NM ... sometimes, maybe; other times, maybe not--
pretty much the way other users may or may not ignore Rubywand or anyone
else.
