Considering the persons who might be involved ... yes.

You appear to be equating use of direct insults, lies, slander, and
distortions, rudeness, ranting, name-calling, etc. with polite, honest,
logical discourse. They really are not the same.

Returning to the original subject matter: We have established, by
your own agreement, that the 4D, ambisonic, etc. phenomenon exists and
that, whatever the excuse, claims to the contrary on some web sites are
plainly in error.

As to of whether or not Dr. Tom made false claims in those days
regarding particular sound files: I suggest that you simply ask Dr. Tom.
He is on record as admitting past mistakes. Unlike those who devote
their lives and resources to maintaining anti-Dr. Tom web sites, his
word on the matter carries weight. There is no need to make insulting
insinuations or to complain about a well-founded mistrust of your
sources. Politely ask Dr. Tom and you will get the truth and that will
be that.
