I've had the error previous to installing Gupp but not since.  One other 
thing, before installing Gupp, My GS would freeze upon booting always at 
the 6th Icon on the desktop.  Even rearranging the order of the HD 
partitions wouldn't help.  If I shift-booted and changed *anything* in 
the system folder it would boot fine on a warm boot.  Since Gupp it has 
booted flawlessly :)  But then that my computer.
