This is a very tough question. I for my part would not want to live on without
the smell of hot coffee in the morning. It's when the day starts. When you get
out of bed, it's all dark, grayscale. Then the coffee comes, you're breathing
the aroma, birds are singing, the sun is going up right in the moment you take
your cup of coffee off the machine. I would miss each day without coffee. It is
even when using Java applets and seeing the Java logo I'm longing for a tiny
little cup of coffee - at any daytime.
Well, it is actually not only the coffee. It is also, in case of espressi, the
brown sugar. When it's being moved slowly into the liquid and spreads the sweet
flavor all around in the coffee molcules, then that's what I call a happy life.
Boy, I should write a book on how coffee changed my life. Actually, I started
drinking coffee in 1984 when the Tchernobyl accident was and I decided to
switch from contaminated milk (hot chocolate) to coffee. I have always been
tinkering with the idea of thanking the Russian reactor operators and officials
for this incredible experience.
