   As noted in the csa2 FAQ at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html section 5.11, try ftp'ing
to apple2.caltech.edu, and get pub/apple2/addons/nda/gscii231.shk
Requires a GS, though.
