    This is good to know. I also checked Alltech's website and they
still advertise 5.25" DSDD diskettes. So; with Brian Hammack's additions
we have this list of sources for Apple ][ 5.25" diskettes ...


Alltech ( http://www.allelec.com )- $15/100 with sleeves + shipping 
The phone number now listed on Alltech's website is 760-724-2404.

Midwestern Diskette (800-221-6332)- actual price was $17/100
   for color diskettes with sleeves and labels + shipping  

Radio Shack- 1998 catalog price is $6.99/box of 10

Thrift shops- used 5.25" diskettes; maybe some new-looking in packs

Walmart- $3-$4/box of 11
