The Byte Works (http://www.hypermall.com/byteworks/index.html, 8000
Wagon Mound Drive N.W. Albuquerque, NM 87120 (505) 898-8183 email
mikew50@aol.com) sells C, Pascal, Integer Basic and Modula-2
compilers, plus a LOGO interpreter. No C++ -- the language is still
changing way too fast and is too bloated. Contact them for details.
'HyperC', a freeware C compiler for the Apple II family exists, but
is severely limited (non-GS only, no floating point support, other
limitations.) See the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html for download points.
