Nathan has a serious lack of experience (or maturity) in a number of areas of
software development. Give it a few years in the indusry, he will grow up. I
did. I base this fact on his hatred for the mac/os, windows and several other
OS's that he continues to bash without a care for the strength over each. In
fact, he seems to praise unix (linux in particular), and I think he believes
that everyone should run it. That should tell you something right there.

I would guess that nathan is in his early to mid 20's. His constant rants and
admonishment of anything he cant accept is a clear indication of a lack of
maturity. He may be bright, but his attitude is his achilles heel. He must be a
tremendous co-worker (smirk). Then again, I have seen his "know it all" type
come and go. All theory, no practicality. Just out of college. Any IS
professional has seen this before.
