If you download ResourceSpy from Ground, as well as either HFS Link or
A2FX, you can convert FONT resouces to GS bitmapped fonts. If you use a
program (like a block editor) to change NFNT to FONT, they can be
translated as well. Sounds can be binary saved with resource spy into
the raw sound format. Rsounder can make them into rSounds. Black and
white ICON and ICN# resources can be translated.

For getting the resource fork onto the data fork, ShadowWrite or fork
splitter will also work.
