     Okay; the current csa2 FAQs have been posted leaving out only, I'm
pretty sure, the four volumes of Steven Weyhrich's Apple II History
which are _very_ large text files and, of course, the FAQs Resource
files (.GIF, .JPG, .SHK, etc. files) which need to be downloaded from
Ground's FAQs folder:
