Hi Jim,
The news is a bit slow these days :(  But, non-the-less, Happy (one day 
belated) Birthday :) Send me your snail mail address and I get a little 
belated BD package out to you (Apple II related as always). BTW, the NEW 
CSA2 FAQ's on Ground are all now fully available (without restrictions
