We have all read the long, boring rant about how turley and I are the root of 
all evil, how I had a "public" ftp site that distributed billions of dollars of 
your software to everyone who has ever had an apple IIgs, and how I worship the 
devil. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah.....

Facts are facts, zardini. And this fact is simple. If I had done anything 
remotely illegal (which I did not), Joe would have pursued some civil 
litigation against myself. I am still waiting for a subpeona, and hoping that I 
eventually get one, so I can waltz into court with my FTP logs and laugh at 
your sorry, pathetic asses.
