Get some Model Train Paint Solvent Called DiSol.  It is very toxic, it
will take it off.  I once used it to take scratches out of a Tandy 200
Notebook lid.  Just left the case a bit damp with a textured paper towel.
When it set up the scratch was gone.  Never use this stuff on clear
plastics it will eat them alive...

You will need to go to a good hobby shop to get it.  If is part of a
painting system for brass scale railroad models...
