You guys sure do get into heated arguments over which computer and which 
OS is better.


This is my II cents...


   I have used Windows 95 a bunch, I like it, it is fast, it does 
everything that I would want it to.

   I have used Macintosh system.  It seems like the system on the older 
Macs (like the Mac plus, and the classic )  was way more stable than the 
system today.

   Macintosh System today really sucks (from my experience)  I used a Mac 
to launch a few games, watch tv, do word processing.

   So, you are in a game, and all of a sudden....


ICE...BRRRRRRR


  The computer is frozen.   


Move around the mouse, and you might get the screen to fill with garbage 
graphics, or maybe some strange sounds from the speaker,  a little random 
disk Reading and writing perhaps???


(ok, never had the problem with the disk, but graphics and sound.. 
definitely.)

Or, try to close a window, and lock up, Try to open a document= lock up, 
Try to pause a game=lock up.  Try to resize the tv screen= lock up.


Windows 95=== Not perfect, but games will run, word processing doesn't 
lock up (that much.  I think If I had more memory, it would be even more 
stable.


As for Unix....  Never tried it.
