I am running CP/AM 40B with RAM Drive on a IIgs with a Z80+ card

I run the program RAMdrive and it tells me that it is emulating C:
with 64K available.
Adjusting the "RAM Disk" settings in the IIgs Control Panel does not
seem to have an effect on what the program says after I run RAMdrive.
The number is always 64K.
Can you try a newer version of CP/AM? I wrote some ramdisk support code for
CP/AM, although I think 4.0B was before my involvement and might have been
Steve Malechek's work. I'm almost positive that later versions (5.0 and
5.1.x) will properly recognize IIgs memory as if it were AUX slot expansion.
My IIgs has a 1 MB Apple RAM card installed.
Is there any way to make CP/AM recognize the IIgs RAM as it would have
recognized (on a IIe) a RAMWorks card?
If the newer code doesn't work, let me know?
