Yeah, I'm not trying to break any speed barriers either. I know the card can't do 16Mhz (I tried). Turns out at those speeds, the slow down logic didn't... well.. slow down the machine fast enough for I/O. 3.5" floppy I/O was interesting to say the least. I'll back it down to 10.5Mhz and then 9Mhz. If its still an issue, I have the stock crystal to run it at 7Mhz.
